Check in from 3pm and Check Out at 11am. We are happy to offer a late check out if the room is available

Access into building and apartment

Please note that these apartments are accessed via Webb Street.

Apartments 38 A and 38 C are located on the ground floor with no stair access required.

Apartments 38 B and 38 D are accessed via 1 flight of stair

Parking

f you do have a vehicle, please note that car parks are very limited in Wellington and so please contact us if you require one. We do offer 1 secure car park space across the road from the apartment for $35 per night. Height restrictions apply so please have the car make and model ready upon enquiring.

Off-Street Carparks are available on Webb Street and along Frederick Street (5 min walk away) and we will be happy to assist with queries. Alternatively, on-street parking is FREE from 8pm to 8am daily. Hourly parking meter charges apply. Please double check parking metres for up-to-date information.

The Apartments are equipped with a 55inch SMART TV where you can view free to air channels as well as NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, TVNZ on Demand and othe subscription channels with your personal login.
