Whilst we do not have a reception desk onsite our team are available between 9am and 5pm everyday via phone or email. After 5 pm we will be available by phone only. Our phone number is +64 4 391 2001
Check in from 3pm and Check Out at 11am. We are happy to offer early check in/ late check out if the room is available – surcharge may apply
We will provide a key in lockbox with combination code provided in the morning of arrival.
Please note that these apartments are accessed via Cuba Street. The apartment is accessed via 1 flight of stairs
If you do have a vehicle, please note that car parks are very limited in Wellington and so please contact us if you require one. We do offer 1 car park space at the back of the apartment for $35 per night. Height restrictions apply so please have the car make and model ready upon enquiring.
Alternatively, on-street parking is FREE from 8pm to 8am daily. Hourly rate is from $4. Please double check parking metres for up-to-date information
In your apartment, you have a combination washer/dryer to use at your leisure with washing powder provided at no extra cost to you
